From Clients:
- Order details: Order ID, receipt #, customer name, customer ID, item list, order status, timestamps, transaction value.
- Merchant profile: Store name, address, email.
- Payment information: Transaction value, payment type (excluding sensitive payment details like credit card numbers).
From End-Customers:
Pickpad does not directly collect personal information from End-Customers. Any data we access (e.g., customer names or order details) is provided by our Clients and is processed solely for delivering our Services.
2. How We Use Information
- For Clients: To facilitate order processing, update statuses, and provide analytics.
- For End-Customers: To enable accurate order pickup and improve operational efficiency for our Clients.
3. Data Sharing
Pickpad does not sell or share data with third parties except:
- When required to provide Services (e.g., integration with POS).
- To comply with legal obligations.
End-Customer data is controlled by the Client (e.g., restaurant or store), not Pickpad.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage to protect data. Clients are responsible for securing their integration credentials and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Rights and Responsibilities
For Clients:
- Access, update, or delete your account data by contacting Pickpad.
- Notify End-Customers of any data-related rights, as required by law.
For End-Customers:
- Your personal data is managed by the Client. To exercise data rights (e.g., access or deletion), please contact the restaurant or store handling your transaction.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Pickpad does not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond those required for core Services and integrations.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
